FRIED RICE 
Steam cook rice, 5 c.
2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. smashed garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, chopped
1 c. cabbage, chopped

Put hamburger meat in big fry pan and cook until done. When meat is done, put all others 2 cups chop onion, 2 teaspoons smashed garlic, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 cup carrot, chopped, 1 cup cabbage, chopped in hamburger meat. Mix slowly and cook about 2 minutes and put 5 cups cooked rice and mix again. Cook 2 minutes. It's ready to serve.
