BUNDT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla Mix cake mix, pudding, oil and water. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each one. Beat 8 minutes on high speed. Add vanilla. Grease bundt pan. Nut Filling: 1/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Put a little of nut mixture in bottom of pan. Pour a little batter over nut mixture. Then some more nut filling. Repeat layers with batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Turn out of pan and frost with following: 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Drizzle top and sides. |
