BUNDT OR CINNAMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter extract
3/4 c. Mazola corn oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and beat at high speed for 6 to 8 minutes (this makes the difference in a nice cake). Use a greased bundt pan, put in a layer of batter and some cinnamon and nut mixture, repeating layers until all are used.

NUT MIXTURE:

1/2 c. ground nuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool on rack for 8 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze while warm with powdered sugar mixture.
