CINNAMON BUNDT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter extract

Place all ingredients except sugar, cinnamon and pecans in mixer. Combine sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Pour batter into pan alternately with sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes. Turn cake out. If you like, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
