IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 rounded tbsp. flour
2 rounded tbsp. cocoa
1 rounded tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Melt butter in iron skillet. Add sugar mixture and mix lightly. Combine beaten egg yolks and milk; add to mixture stirring constantly. Cook until thick, add vanilla and blend well. Pour into pie shell, cover with meringue, brown or cover with whipped topping.
