CHICKEN ROLLS 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 med. green onions
2 c. cooked cubed chicken (4-6 breasts)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed bread crumbs
1/2 c. nuts, chopped real fine

Combine last 2 ingredients in a separate bowl. Melt butter in a bowl and set aside. Combine the cream cheese, onions, chicken, mushrooms, pepper. Blend well.

Spread each roll out and fill with 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll, starting at point, and seal all seams so chicken will not seep out during baking. Dip top of each roll in butter, then crumb mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. These freeze well. If frozen, increase baking time by 15 minutes.
