HOT DOG SURPRIZE 
6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
6 c. diced potatoes
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 lb. hot dogs, chunked

In 10 inch skillet, fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Fry onions in bacon fat until tender and golden. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir well. Put bacon slices on top to garnish.
