PINEAPPLE BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. All Bran cereal
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter, melted or 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine bran and milk, pineapple and raisins. Add shortening and egg and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda, and brown sugar. Add to first mixture and put in lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
