SCALLOPED SHRIMP 
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. minced green pepper (bell pepper)
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Shell and devein shrimp. Melt butter in a saucepan and add onion and green pepper. Stir in flour, salt, and mustard. Cook for 3 minutes before adding milk, then cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add shrimp; pour into a greased baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at least 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
