SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sea scallops, cut up
1/4 lb. lobster or favorite fish fillet
1 c. cracker crumbs (saltines)
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk

In greased casserole, place a layer of cracker crumbs, then scallops and lobster or fish. Mix milk and soup together. Slowly pour mixture over prepared seafood until moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix in 1 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over top of casserole. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Can be prepared ahead of time.
