SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 slices bread
9 eggs
2 cup milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper

Butter dish or pan 10x13. Put in browned meat. Break bread in small pieces. Put on top of meat. Then sprinkle cheese on top. Blend eggs, milk, pepper and mustard and pour on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Sit out 15 to 20 minutes before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Don't cover. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
