BAKED BAR - B - QUE RIBS 
2 slabs ribs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lg. onion, sliced

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/3 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Tabasco

Salt ribs and place in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes then drain off fat. Sprinkle with lemon juice and place onion slices on top.

Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Pour over meat and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes.
