LAYERED CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. head iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces
1 lg. purple onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon in 3 quart bowl. Combine mayonnaise and sugar; mix well. Spread evenly over the top of the salad, sealing to the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate 24 hours. Toss gently before serving. Serves 8-10.
