FRUIT LIZZIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs (1 c. Egg Beaters or white of 8 eggs)
3 tbsp. sweet milk
3 scant tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. each cloves, nutmeg & cinnamon
1 1/2 lb. pecans
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied red cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple (1 1/2 lb. of any candied fruit can be used)
1 c. whiskey

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, milk and whiskey. Mix well. Sift flour, soda and spices together. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts, raisins and fruit; mix well. Drop by spoonsful (teaspoon) on greased baking sheet. Bake in slow oven (375 degrees) for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 80-110 cookies.
