COTTAGE CHEESE TORTE 
CRUST:

22 graham crackers
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter

FILLING:

1 cup sugar
16 oz. large curd cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Crush graham crackers and mix with remaining crust ingredients. Line spring-form or a small glass cake pan with crumb mixture, reserving 1 cup for topping.

Mix filling ingredients in blender or food processor until well blended and free of lumps. Pour filling into crust and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.

Bake for 1 hour.
