COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. creamed cottage cheese

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve yeast in water. Sift dry ingredients. Cut butter into dry ingredients, add cottage cheese, egg and yeast mixture. Mix well. Roll out to 14 inch square. Spread with topping mixture and roll as for jelly roll. Cut in 1/2 inch slices. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 1/2 hours). Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
