HATTIE'S "COTTAGE" ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put cottage cheese in mixer and break up curds. Add next 3 ingredients to yeast and cottage cheese, mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and fill well greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Let rise until doubled. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
