COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Stir in sugar, salt, soda, eggs and yeast mixture. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.

Turn dough onto floured surface. Divide into 24 pieces. Shape each into a ball. Place 12 in each greased 9-inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until golden. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
