PINEAPPLE - COTTAGE CHEESE &
LEMON SALAD
 
1 (303) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 lb. cottage cheese, sm. curd
2 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil for 1 minute over slow heat. Let stand until partially set. Add the remaining ingredients. Place in mold and refrigerate until firm. Garnish around sides with sugared grapes or colored halves of pears. Fill center with sugared grapes if desired.
