PINEAPPLE - COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
8 marshmallows, quartered
8 maraschino cherries, halved
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add marshmallows to hot mixture and stir until partially melted. Allow to cool, add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until firm.
