HAWAIIAN STYLE SPARERIBS 
2 sides of spareribs
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut ribs into serving pieces, combine sugar, corn starch and salt. Stir in vinegar, catsup, pineapple, juice and soy sauce. Cook until thick about 5 minutes stirring. Alternate ribs and sauce. Sauce on top and cover pan tight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
