baking potatoes butter (One pat per potato) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes, cut each potato into eight long wedges. Place wedges on cookie sheet. Melt one pat of butter per potato and brush a little on the cookie sheet to keep things from sticking. Then brush the rest on the potato wedges. Bake until golden brown and crispy (about 45 minutes). After about 20 minutes, move them around once with a spatula so they don't stick. Salt to taste, if desired. |
