LEMON SHOYU CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breast halves 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. shoyu 1 tbsp. sugar 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. ginger, grated 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add the chicken halves and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Place in single layer in baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally, with the marinade. Serves 4. |
