SHOYU CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, use thighs or drum sticks
1 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
1 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
Little less than 1/2 c. water

Mix shoyu, sugar, catsup and water thoroughly. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Boil on medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain chicken when done and place in baking pan. Place in oven at 325 to 350 degrees until chicken is a little dry, about 30 to 35 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK CHICKEN OTHERWISE IT WILL ALL FALL APART.
