8-9 peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 t cinnamon
1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 egg
1/3 c butter, melted

Put peaches in bottom of 1 1/2 or 2 qt baking dish, piling peaches higher in the middle of the dish.

In separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add egg and mix until crumbly. Distribute over top of peaches. Pour melted butter over top.

Bake 40 minutes at 375°F.
