CHICKEN ROAST 
1 qt. cut-up chicken
2 qt. bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Chicken broth

Brown bread crumbs in 1/3 cup butter, stirring constantly. Combine bread crumbs and all other ingredients except chicken. Mix well and add chicken broth until mixture is very moist. Put chicken meat in bottom of large roasting dish. Cover with bread mixture. Roast at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
