FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Diced onion to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter, melted
4 to 5 slices bread, cubed

Mix all ingredients, except butter and bread cubes, and place in buttered 9 x 13 dish. Mix melted butter and bread cubes and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
