MOLDED EGG SALAD 
2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
Clove garlic
12 hard cooked eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Let stand 10 minutes and add to hot water. Rub mixing bowl with garlic. Put eggs through egg chopper. Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, green pepper and pimento. Add eggs and gelatin mixture. Pour in greased mold and chill until congealed.
