3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa

Combine dry ingredients in a 13x9 inch cake pan, stirring with large spoon. With back of spoon, make 3 holes in the mixture.

In first hole, pour vinegar.

In second hole, add vanilla.

In third hole, pour melted butter.

Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix well again using spoon only. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-45 minutes. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled. Very easy, moist cake.
