3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift together all dry ingredients and put into a 9x13 inch pan. Make 3 holes in the mixture and pour the oil into one hole, the vinegar in another hole and the vanilla in the last hole. Pour the water over all ingredients and with a fork blend until well mixed. DO NOT BEAT. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
