CRAZY CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cocoa (level)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. melted butter (hot)
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. red food coloring

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl at once and mix thoroughly with mixer.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Boil for 30-45 seconds on medium-high boil. Remove from stove and add 1/2 cup Nestles chocolate chips. Stir until spreading consistency.
