QUICK FIVE STEP YUMMY SALAD | |
3 tbsp. zaatar (a Middle Eastern spice mix) 7 tbsp. olive oil 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (15 oz.) can sweet corn, drained 3 cucumbers 2 tomatoes 1 big onion 1 chili pepper 2 lemons 2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. ground black pepper Step 1. Cut all the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and chili pepper in a serving bowl in small pieces. Step 2. Add the can of mushroom and sweet corn to the vegetables. Step 3. Add the zaatar and olive oil together. Step 4. Squeeze lemons to extract juice and pour over the salad. Step 5. Finally season with salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients together.
