“RASPBERRY LEMONADE” IS IN:

RASPBERRY LEMONADE 
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups lemon juice
ice cubes
mint leaves (optional)

Combine the raspberries and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place a strong sieve over a large bowl and push the mixture through to remove the seeds. Discard the seeds.

Add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour into a large jar and mix in 6 cups of water, then chill.

To serve, pour over the ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
