MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomatoes
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. American cheese
Seasoned salt
Pepper

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain off grease. Add chili powder, rice and half of cheese. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
