CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. hamburger, browned 1 lg. chopped onion 1/2 c. celery, chopped 3/4 c. raw rice 1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cans hot water 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 can Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour at 15 minutes. Sprinkle one can of Chinese noodles on top and return to oven for 15 minutes. Wonderful as leftovers...just pop in the microwave! |
