CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 lg. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. raw rice
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans hot water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained

Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour at 15 minutes. Sprinkle one can of Chinese noodles on top and return to oven for 15 minutes. Wonderful as leftovers...just pop in the microwave!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
