CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (cooked)
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown hamburger with chopped onions and celery. Drain fat from pan. Add all other ingredients and put into casserole dish. Add Chinese noodles to top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

You can prepare this recipe ahead and freeze. Just leave off the Chinese noodles until defrosted and ready to bake.
