3 c. cooked chicken, boned
1 c. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Put into a 9"x13" casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10. To freeze, mix ingredients as directed above. Do NOT cook first. Freeze.
