3 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and brown rice (cook and cool)
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. oriental vegetables (frozen), cook
1 c. water chestnuts (sliced)
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. Hellmann's dressing

Mix all together. 9x13 glass pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
