ROCKY ROAD CANDY 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut

1. Combine chocolate chips and half & half in medium bowl. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until chocolate chips are melted, 1-3 minutes, stirring once during cooking.

2. Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated. Press into greased square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches. Chill. Makes about 2 dozen candies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
