1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
16 oz. Cool Whip
vanilla ice cream
Nestle semi-sweet chocolate syrup

Crumble cookies in a large casserole dish. After ice cream has softened a bit, spread over the Oreo cookies. Spread Cool Whip over the ice cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over Cool Whip. Place in freezer until firm or ready to use.
