16 oz. package of Oreos, plus extra for decorating
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
12 large marshmallows
1 pint whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar

Separate out 10 of the Oreo cookies and set aside. Crush remaining cookies thoroughly and mix together with the melted butter. Press this mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Put marshmallows and milk together in a saucepan and melt them together over low heat. While they are melting, coarsely chop the 10 Oreos. Combine them with the marshmallow mixture and allow this to cool.

Whip 1 1/2 cups of the whipping cream with the 1/4 cup sugar until firmly whipped. Fold in the Oreo/marshmallow mixture gently and put this in the prepared Oreo crust. Chill for at least 4 hours, longer is better.

To finish, whip remaining 1/2 cup of cream and top pie with this and the extra Oreos.

This is my son's favorite dessert ever and he has requested it for his birthday for many years.
