SWEET AND SOUR PORK | |
1 (3 to 5 lb.) pork loin 1 can tomato soup 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Roast pork loin at 375 degrees for 45 minutes per pound. Pour off drippings. 1 hour before meat is done. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Continue roasting for 1 hour more. Basting often with sauce. |
