GRASSHOPPER PIE 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide between 2 shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
