BANANA CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

FILLING:

2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 to 5 bananas, sliced

FILLING: Mix 2 packages pudding with milk. Beat 3 minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Beat until smooth.

PIE CRUST: Mix all above pie crust ingredients. Press into glass pie pan on bottom and sides. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Slice bananas on top of crust then top with the rest of the filling mixture. Chill for 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Just before serving spread with Cool Whip topping about 1/2 inch thick on top of pie.
