BAKED CHICKEN WINGS OR BREASTS | |
16 chicken wings or 8 chicken breasts 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. canned chopped tomatoes with liquid 1/2 c. finely chopped onions & celery 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Wash the wings or breasts and pat dry. In a skillet saute chicken wings in melted butter until lightly browned. Arrange in oiled oven proof baking dish after browning. Mix tomatoes with liquid along with onion and celery. Add soy sauce, vinegar and salt to tomato mixture. Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until tender. |
