SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1 c. cornstarch
3 eggs
Seasoned salt
Garlic salt

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar

Disjoint wings in half and shake in bowl with the cornstarch and seasonings. Then dip into the beaten eggs and deep fry until golden brown.

While chicken is frying, combine all ingredients for sauce and cook mixture until all the sugar is dissolved.

Arrange chicken wings in baking pan and pour sauce over them. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn bake another 15 minutes.
