4 c. flour
1 lb. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Mix butter and flour like pie dough. Add sour cream. Chill at least 2 hours. Take round clothes pins and wrap with aluminum foil.

Take a small amount of dough, return the rest to refrigerator. Roll on board with flour and sugar. Cut strips 7 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. Wrap around clothes pins and bake at 375 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes in ungreased baking sheet.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk

Heat until thick; set aside to cool.

With electric mixer, mix: 1 c. Crisco 1 box XXXX sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Add cornstarch mixture 1 tablespoon at a time; this is important. Beat well. Then stir in by hand 1 pint marshmallow cream. Makes about 100. These can be frozen.
