NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef chunks
3 c. raw carrots, sliced
4 lg. potatoes, diced
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt and pepper
2 (12 oz) cans V8 juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix and place in heavy roaster. Bake 5 or more hours at 250 degrees. Don't peek!
