BUTTERSCOTCH BARS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/2 c. nuts & coconut - each 2 c. mini marshmallows 3 tbsp. peanut butter Lightly grease 9 x 12 inch pan with butter. Beat eggs. Add sugar and butter; boil 2 minutes. When cool add graham crackers, nuts, coconut and marshmallows. Press into pan. Melt together peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Spread over top. Cool before cutting. Makes 24 servings. These are quite rich, so cut small. Keep refrigerated. Makes 24. |
