1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 lg. pkg. mini marshmallows

Butter 9"x13" pan. Cover bottom with marshmallows. Melt both kinds of chips in double boiler. Stir in melted butter, peanut butter and nuts. Spread over marshmallows. Press down with spoon. Refrigerate until cold.
